- Tuning in: simple activities that are great for wellbeing (e.g. mindfulness exercise)
- Expert views- Science of happiness videos, resources, exercises, mindfulness, helpful, meaningful conversations, kindly listeners and more.
- Personal views, reflections, personal experience
- Do you know: fun, often surprising research findings relating to the theme
- Group discussion: sharing ideas in groups and listening to differing perspectives
- Action ideas: everybody comes away with an action they hope to take as a result
- Mini- Meditations, “One- Moment” style

Notes: Subjective levels of happiness are well correlated with objective measures of brain activity as well as well with friends' reports and obvious causes (like unemployment) and subsequent behavior (like quitting a job or a marriage)
Current changes: The proportion of U.S. students who think that it is essential or very important to develop a meaningful philosophy of life has fallen from 65% in the 1960s to 45% today. Teen Mental health – emotional or behavioral problems-- is twice as high as in the 1970s.
