Its effects are particularly noticeable in those that have these serious neurological diseases.

Writing down your stressors can help to lessen the power they have over you when they are living actively between your ears! It can also help to simply tell someone what you're going through-- But don't overdo it or you may end up feeding the pain instead of lessening it. As with "venting" anger, etc., the key is t bring it to the light in a spirit of forgiveness, letting go &/or self- forgiveness.

How -To: Schedule free and play time in a park, with children or a pet. Something as simple as joking with strangers waiting in a line can give us and those we’re with a needed lift.
