Health & Support
Social support is necessary (for most of us) to build and maintain happy, healthy ways. We offer complimentary programs to that end. Additional community programs and mentors can be found online and at local events as seen in newspapers, health food stores, hospitals, doctors offices and the like.

Talk- Listen- Heal
We’ve been trained to believe that the condition of our health is outside of our control, that we do not have responsibility for our poor health. Don’t believe it! Physical and mental health (health and happiness) go hand- in – hand and we can have big influence in both.
In the main, we get sick because we seek love or comfort in unhealthy things. When we’re not happy that’s what we do. We need to address our whole self, hopefully by doing something that fills the void we seek to fill with what doesn’t serve us. That’s what happens with our Talk- Listen -Heal groups and methods. We connect with others in a deeper way that helps to bring out our true desires, needs and goals and work with them in positive ways. We find our own best answers along with inspiration, motivation, and, if we wish, the accountability to implement them.
Our Talk-Listen- Heal time may draw on the Wheel of Well- Being, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavior Tools and other aids as per participants’ request.

How sad it is that too many have failed, or given up on health goals. "Failures" or "mistakes" are what we can learn to see as nothing more than a practice run for success, a sign to re- evaluate and change our methods if need be. Someone to talk to helps ease the pain and can help you look at and decide on your next options.
Compassion for ourselves and our well- meaning efforts form a vital part of recovery and healing. Support and being listened to helps develop that and builds well- being. These and other attitudes help us tune in and be happier about the very idea of health and encouraged towards it. Attitude is key, vital in finding more fulfilling ways that help us encourage and enjoy our wellness. We learn to raise our attitudes and vision as we learn to encourage, cajole and enjoy ourselves within this path.
